How to Request Account Deletion

Please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

In your email, please include:

• The email address or phone number associated with your account.
  If you provide a phone number and there is a valid account associated with it, you'll receive a verification text to confirm you have access to the number. For security reasons we don't respond if there is no account associated with the number.
• Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account and data

What Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account information and credentials
• Your profile data
• Your game history and statistics
• Any other personal data associated with your account

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any data associated with it. If you wish to use our service again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email.
